Discovering and Launching Tools
The Tools module is the user-facing interface designed to help you easily locate and launch interactive, AI-driven coaching tools in Jenius. These tools are delivered as guided chat experiences and are organized into logical Toolkits so you can quickly find and apply the right coaching methodology at the appropriate time in your sales cycle.
Please note: This module is strictly for browsing and launching tools. Creating, configuring, or managing tools is done in the administrative Tool Builder module.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
What is the difference between a Tool and a Toolkit?
A Toolkit is an organizational category or folder, whereas a Tool is the actual interactive, guided coaching conversation you launch to practice or plan.
Can standard users or managers edit Toolkits?
No. Toolkits are managed entirely by administrators. Standard users and managers have view-only permissions to browse and launch tools.
Do Toolkits enforce a specific sequence of tools?
No. You do not have to complete tools in any particular order. You can select and launch any tool within a Toolkit at any time based on your immediate sales needs.
Do tools share information or conversation state between sessions?
No. Each tool session runs independently. Unless explicitly designed, individual tools do not share data or status with other tools.
