Core Subscription Policies

1. 12-Month Commitment Term

All subscriptions operate on a 12-month term from your initial purchase date.

2. Billing Cycle Changes

To maintain billing simplicity, active subscriptions cannot be switched between monthly and annual billing mid-term. Subscribers wishing to change billing frequency may select their new preference upon annual renewal.

3. Automatic Renewal & Reminders

To ensure uninterrupted platform access, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the initial 12-month term. Advance renewal reminders and account summaries are emailed at:

  • 60 Days Prior to Renewal: Year 2 growth options.
  • 30 Days Prior to Renewal: Official 30-day auto-renewal notice and account details.
  • 7 Days Prior to Renewal: Final reminder and billing confirmation.
4. Managing Renewal Settings & Opt-Out Policy
