How to Launch and Complete an Audio Roleplay Scenario

Jenius Audio Roleplay provides a risk-free rehearsal environment where you can practice real-world customer conversations before live meetings. All roleplays in the Janek Sales Accelerator environment use interactive audio, allowing you to speak naturally into your microphone and receive immediate coaching.

Note: Custom roleplays are 100% private and only visible to you inside your personal Jenius account. Other subscribers in the shared environment cannot view or access your private custom roleplays.

Understanding Your AI Feedback Score & Running Re-Takes

Immediately after completing an Audio Roleplay, Jenius evaluates your spoken responses against Janek's research-backed sales methodology and generates an objective coaching report.

AI Feedback Scoring Rubrics

Your feedback report is divided into three primary evaluation categories:

Methodology Alignment
Measures how effectively you incorporated Janek selling frameworks during the conversation:
  • Opening Structure: Stating a clear, customer-centric Legitimate Purpose Statement (LPS).
  • Discovery Quality: Asking open-ended questions rather than leading or close-ended questions.
  • Objection Resolution: Following the 4-step EUAC Model (Empathize, Understand, Address, Confirm) when customer pushback occurs.
  • Value Messaging: Connecting solution capabilities directly to stated buyer needs.
Communication & Delivery Metrics
Evaluates the tone, clarity, and pacing of your spoken responses:
  • Conciseness: Avoiding unnecessary jargon or wordy explanations.
  • Pacing & Tone: Maintaining a calm, consultative, and confident delivery.
  • Active Listening: Acknowledging buyer statements before introducing new information.
Strengths & Growth Opportunities
  • Key Strengths: Displays exact quotes from your conversation where you demonstrated strong consultative sales behaviors.
  • Areas for Improvement: Highlights specific moments where delivery faltered and provides concrete, alternative phrases to use next time.

  2. Click the Try Again button located at the top or bottom of your feedback screen.
  3. Re-run the roleplay drill immediately, focusing specifically on applying the new phrase or framework.
