Accessing Your Dashboard & Jenius Workspace

Janek Sales Accelerator utilizes a dual-portal ecosystem designed to give you continuous access to digital learning and AI-supported practice:
  • Janek Account Dashboard (janek.com/my-account): Your central hub for managing your subscription.
  • Janek OnDemand (master.learning.janek.com): Your central learning portal for streaming Critical Selling Skills On-Demand video lessons, completing self-paced modules, downloading sales workbooks, and accessing course templates.
  • Jenius Practice Workspace (jenius.janek.com): Your interactive AI environment for running Audio Roleplays, building pre-call plans in the Call Planner, debriefing meetings in the Post-Call Planner, and using Thinking Partner chat.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Log In to Your Account Dashboard
  1. Open your web browser and navigate to janek.com/my-account.
  2. Enter the email address and password you created after purchase.
  3. Upon logging in, you will see your home dashboard.
  4. Navigate to My Subscription to see your active subscription tier: Essential, Professional, or Premier.
Step 2: Access Janek OnDemand Video Courses
  1. Open your web browser and navigate to master.learning.janek.com.
  2. Sign in with your account credentials.
  3. Click My Training in the left navigation, then select Critical Selling Skills to begin your video micro-lessons, downloading workbooks, and reviewing core sales frameworks.
Step 3: Launch Your Jenius AI Practice Workspace
  1. Open your web browser and navigate to jenius.janek.com
  2. Sign in with your account credentials. You will land on the Jenius home workspace, where you can access Roleplays, Toolkits, and Chat.

Troubleshooting & Tips

Did not receive your activation email?

Check your spam or junk folder for an automated email from janek.com. If missing, visit janek.com/account and click Lost your password? to request a password reset link.

Browser Compatibility

We recommend using the latest version of Google Chrome, Apple Safari, or Microsoft Edge for optimal video streaming and audio roleplay performance.

Enabling Browser Microphone Access for Jenius Roleplays

All interactive roleplays in the Jenius environment use Audio Roleplay, allowing you to practice speaking naturally with your AI practice coach. To run audio roleplays, your web browser must have permission to access your device microphone.

Step-by-Step Microphone Configuration

Setting Up Microphone Access in Google Chrome
  1. Log in to jenius.janek.com.
  2. Click Roleplays in the main menu and select any scenario (such as Opening the Call).
  3. Click Start Roleplay.
  4. When Chrome displays a permission pop-up asking "jenius.janek.com wants to use your microphone", click Allow.
How to Unblock Microphone Access in Google Chrome

If you accidentally clicked "Block" during setup, Chrome will prevent audio recording:

  1. Look at the address bar at the top of your screen while on jenius.janek.com.
  2. Click the Padlock icon (or Tune icon) located to the left of the website URL.
  3. Locate Microphone in the settings menu and toggle the setting to Allow.
  4. Refresh the webpage and click Start Roleplay again.
Setting Up Microphone Access in Apple Safari (macOS & iOS)
  1. Open Safari and navigate to jenius.janek.com.
  2. Click Safari in your top Mac menu bar and select Settings for janek.com (or Preferences > Websites > Microphone).
  3. Locate jenius.janek.com in the list and change the drop-down menu to Allow.
  4. On iPhone or iPad: Go to iOS Settings > Safari > Microphone > select Allow.
Setting Up Microphone Access in Microsoft Edge
  1. Navigate to jenius.janek.com.
  2. Click the Lock icon on the left side of the address bar.
  3. Select Permissions for this site.
  4. Locate Microphone and select Allow from the drop-down menu.
  5. Reload your browser page.

Audio Troubleshooting & Best Practices

  • Microphone Conflicts: If Jenius cannot detect your microphone, ensure that other video conferencing tools (such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Webex) are completely closed or not currently using your microphone.
  • Headsets: Using a wired or Bluetooth headset with a built-in microphone provides the clearest audio recognition for AI evaluation.
  • System Settings: Verify that your preferred microphone is selected as the default input device in your computer operating system sound settings.
